January 11 - World Thank You Day
World Thank You Day is celebrated on the initiative of the United Nations and UNESCO.
This date was introduced to remind people of good manners and the ability to express gratitude. Although there is a version that this holiday was specially invented by one of the American greeting card companies, which simply wanted to increase its profits in this way.
Be that as it may, January 11 is now the most "polite" date of the year every year.
In Ukraine, the World Thank You Day has been celebrated since 2008.
Synonyms for the word thank you in the world language are danke, merci, thank you, gracias, thank you. It is not known whether these words of gratitude are always uttered sincerely.
However, it is always nice for another person to hear them from someone else's mouth.
Psychologists say that the word "thank you" is truly magical and can work wonders. In addition, words of gratitude can change our lives for the better because they create a positive attitude and improve relationships.
Therefore, say "thank you" more often, and then you will have more good deeds in your life.
